The Material Science and Engineering Freshmen dominated the first few minutes of the game. However, they couldn’t prevent the English Striking Maestro, Moses, from putting the first goal at the back of the net in the early minutes of the game, after an amazing pass from the right winger, Future.

The English Goal Machine, Moses has now scored 11 goals in 5 matches for the team. It didn’t take long for the Material Science and Engineering team to respond, after an error leading to a goal by the English Freshmen goalkeeper, Bosun. The goalkeeper has been unable to keep a clean sheet in 5 matches.

The match continued with counterattacks on both sides. Moses, the English star man, put up a tremendous performance. He scored another goal for the English team with an astonishing strike in the middle of the first half. Unfortunately, the linesman made a wrong call and flagged it as an offside, which led to the first commotion in the match.

The referee ruled out the goal and a goal kick was awarded to the Material Science and Engineering team. The Material Science and Engineering team scored their second goal, after an error by the Defensive Midfielder, Israel. The first half ended in a 2:1 win for the Material Science and Engineering Freshman team.

The second half kicked off after a little rest. The second half was intense as both teams played with pressure. The English Department President, Jahz Baba was present to watch the team in the second half of the play. There was a lot of argument between the English Defender, Emperor, and the referee for bad officiating.

The referee played his part, but the linemen were inexperienced and unprofessional. Thus, it led to a lot of controversies from both teams. The English captain was brought down in the box and a foul was given by the referee, but commotion erupted. The fight wasn’t physical but the argument was intense and the match was put to an end. The English Freshmen team left the pitch in anger.
