Paul Causes Pandemonium: Chaos Unleashed at HSLT

In a shocking turn of events, chaos unfolded at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) during the wake of the Student Union (SU) election. The incident occurred at the Health Sciences Lecture Theatres (HSLT), leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. At approximately 2:10 am, eyewitnesses reported the arrival of a student named Paul at the College of Health Sciences. Paul’s actions were nothing short of disruptive and destructive. He commenced his rampage by kicking down a notice board along the path, shattering the glass in the process. Unfazed by his initial act, Paul proceeded to HSLT A, where several students were engrossed in overnight study sessions. Displaying a bloodstain as evidence of a previous injury, he ordered the students to evacuate the lecture hall immediately. Mr. Oladimeji Mujeeb involves in Controversial Currency Exchange Scam: A Blogger's Misfortune Unveiled

A literary blogger, Mr. Ridwan Adedeji fell victim to a scam on May 25th, 2023. Mr. Ridwan Adedeji intended to convert the money he earned from his website, which came from Google Adsense, into Nigerian Naira by transferring it to a domiciliary account. However, driven by desperation and the need to settle some debts, he approached a secondary school mate, Oladimeji Mujeeb, who is involved in currency exchange and resides in Ilorin, Kwara State. Initially, they agreed upon a black market exchange rate of approximately 700 Naira per dollar. However, when the money was withdrawn from Mr. Ridwan’s account, they decided to opt for the official exchange rate, which ranged between 400 and 500 Naira per dollar at 6 PM that evening. Despite the difference and the resulting shortfall, Mr. Ridwan Adedeji proceeded with the transaction and accepted the official exchange rate. NCB HOLDS HER ANNUAL MEDIA-WORKSHOP

NCB( Nasels Communication Bureau) held her annual workshop on the 20th of this month and was graced with important journalists from big media ho uses. The tittle of the programme was ‘Media: A tool for Sustainable Democracy and Development’. Mr Chike Ugbogu from Fresh FM Nigeria, who was the keynote speaker demystified the title and by extension spoke about the internet and it’s effect in the development of of journalism. According to him, ‘Democracy is a vehicle to convey people from one point to another which in turn brings about development; the media is the tool to maintain the integrity of this vehicle and journalist is the mechanic constantly servicing the vehicle.’ Another speaker from coolwazobiainfo, Anthony Dim also made it more lively and importantly, impactful. The 3rd speaker, Oyebamiji Peter also made an impact and it was memorable.
