NCB Inaugurates New Executives

It was a blissful and red-lettered day as Nasels Communication Bureau (NCB) of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife inaugurated a new set of executives appointed to look into the administration of the Bureau for the next session. This was done on the 25th of June, 2023 alongside the end of 2021/2022 session hangout held at Biological Garden by 4:00 pm. Mr. Ayodele Majaro, a final year student of the Department of English and Literary Studies, who led the outgoing administration as the Editor-in-Chief expressed his profound gratitude to God for all the success attained in the past years he emerged the office. 🔥 LoRdFem Soars to Victory: A New Leader Emerges in OAU's Student Union Elections!

In a surprising turn of events, LoRdFeM emerged victorious as the President of the Student Union (SU) in the highly anticipated election held yesterday, June 1, 2023, at Obafemi Awolowo University. LoRdFem’s landslide victory with 2796 votes surpassed the competition, leaving Legbeti in second place with 1121 votes and Majeed Lev in third place with 1003 votes. The Central Executives Council (CEC) election results sent shockwaves through the student body, as several prominent candidates were defeated in a stunning fashion. Notable candidates such as Tao, Legend, Supreme, Dunamis and Faculty of Arts candidates, like Salvation, Arole were unable to secure victory in their respective positions, witnessing their hopes dashed by overwhelming support for their opponents.
